Dry red wine. Grapes from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron, Upper Galilee.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Petit Syrah.

Aged 15 months in select oak wood barrels.

Round-bodied with a pleasant astringency and background notes of refreshing sourness and an aroma of berries.

Should be served at a temperature of 17-18 degrees Celsius.

Filling date: March 2014

13.5% alcohol content per volume.

Kosher mehadrin. Not mevushal.
