Shiraz 2009

 

Dry red wine. Grapes from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron, Upper Galilee.

83% Shiraz, the rest is Merlot.

Aged 15 months in superior oak wood barrels.

A fruity, aromatic and velvety wine with a background of tastes from the lengthy aging process in barrels.

Should be served at a temperature of 17-18 degrees Celsius.

Caloric value: 86 per 100 ml.

13.7% alcohol content per volume.

Kosher mehadrin. Not mevushal.

Won a medal at the FINGER LAKES, NY 2013 international wine competition.

Goes well with meat such as entrecote steak, leg of lamb, barbecued dishes and casseroles.
