The wine
This is a dry red wine produced from 85% Merlot grapes sourced from the winery’s vineryards at Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee with the remaining 10% mainly Cabernet Franc with small amounts of Petite Sirah. This exclusive wine has subtle spiced flavors and aromas with soft tannins and a long finish.

Winemaker’s Recommendations
Benhaim Merlot Reserve 2006 should be served 17 degrees Celsius. It will pair well with chicken, dishes with sweet sauces and with pasta.
