The wine
This is a dry red wine produced from 75% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot and 10% Petite Sirah grapes sourced from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee.
The wine’s long 7-year journey, aged first in barrels and then in bottles in the winery’s cellars, has generated complex flavors, strong colors and dominant aromas.

Winemaker’s Recommendations
Benhaim Odysseia 2007 should be served at 17-18 degrees Celsius. It will pair well with grilled beef and casserole meat dishes as well as blue cheeses.
