The Wine

This is a dry red wine produced from 100% Merlot grapes sourced from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee.

It has a rich yet refreshing palate with strong aromas of ripe fruit.

Aging – 14 months in new oak barrels, half of which are select French oak

Winemaker’s Recommedations

Benhaim Merlot Tradition 2004 should be served at 17-18 degrees Celsius. It will pair well with chicken dishes, casseroles, pasta and cheese.
