The Wine

This is a dry red wine produced from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee.

This is a subtle wine with flavors of ripe fruit and buttery aromas of coconut and vanilla.

Aging – 14 months in select oak barrels

Bottled – March 2017

13.4% alcohol content per volume

Kosher mehadrin, not mevushal

Winemaker’s Recommendations

Benhaim Senna 2015 should be served at 17-18 degrees Celsius. It will pair well with a variety of cheeses, pasta and light dishes.
