The Wine
This is a dry red wine produced from 82% Shiraz and the rest mainly Petite Sirah with a small amount of Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee.
It is a fruity, aromatic and velvety wine with a background of tastes from the lengthy aging process in barrels.

Winemaker’s Recommendations
Benhaim Shiraz Tradition 2008 should be served at 17-18 degrees Celsius. It will pair well with meat dishes such as entrecote steak, leg of lamb, barbecued dishes and casseroles.
