This dry red wine grapes from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron, Upper Galilee. 83% Shiraz, the rest is Merlot.

Aging –15 months in superior oak wood barrels.
13.7% alcohol content per volume.

Winemaker’s Recommendations
Goes well with meat such as entrecote steak, leg of lamb, barbecued dishes and casseroles.Should be served at a temperature of 17-18 degrees Celsius.
