DRY WHITE WINE – PRODUCE OF ISRAEL

A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Sauvignon Blanc grapes hand-harvested from the winery’s vineyards on the slopes of Mt. Meron in the Upper Galilee.

Fermented and aged in new 500 liter oak barrels.

A classic white wine, gentle and elegant, with a golden straw colour and flavours of butter-caramelized pears.
