A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah and 8% Mourvedre grapes, all hand-harvested from the winery’s vineyards in the Upper Galilee.
Aged for 18 months in select oak barrels.
A full-bodied wine, with aromas of roasted chestnuts, tobacco and blackberries, and a fascinating finish.
