A 50th anniversary blend of 85% Cabernet Franc with 15% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand-harvested from the winery’s vineyards on the slopes of Mt. Meron in the Upper Galilee and aged for 24 months in select oak barrels.
Carefully selected quality fruit, careful fermentation and long, gentle barrel-aging has crafted an impressive and elegant wine with ripe red fruit characteristics.
