DRY RED WINE – PRODUCE OF ISRAEL
A blend of 60% Petite Sirah, the rest mostly Merlot with some Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, all hand-harvested from the winery’s vineyards in the Upper Galilee.
Aged for 24 months in new 500 liter oak barrels.
The marriage between mature vines and dominant varietals has crafted a wine with prominent bold colours, and enhanced flavours and aromas that develop in the glass.
A full-bodied wine with a long finish and the potential to age for many years under the right conditions.
