Dry red wine. Grapes from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron, Upper Galilee.
85% Cabernet Franc; the rest is Merlot and small amounts of Petite Sirah.
Aged 20 months in select oak wood barrels.
A rich, full wine, with a dominant and elegant body. Sweet fruit, soft tannins and aromas of mocha and hazelnuts.
Should be served at a temperature of 17-18 degrees Celsius.
Won a gold medal at the – TERRAVINO 2015 international wine competition.
