The Wine
This dry red wine grapes from the winery’s vineyards at Mount Meron, Upper Galilee.
85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Petit Syrah.
Aged 15 months in select oak wood barrels. Round-bodied with a pleasant astringency and background notes of refreshing sourness and an aroma of berries.
Should be served at a temperature of 17-18 degrees Celsius.
