A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petite Sirah grapes hand-harvested from the winery’s vineyards on the slopes of Mt. Meron in the Upper Galilee.
Our flagship wine is carefully aged for 30 months in new 500 liter French and American oak barrels.
A powerful and impressive wine with enhanced flavours and aromas with the potential to age for many years under the right conditions.
