A fascinating blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Grenache grapes, all hand-harvested from the winery’s vineyards in the Upper Galilee.
Aged for 16 months in select oak barrels.
A relatively late harvest has given the wine gentle flavours of forest fruits and blueberries with a balanced acidity.
